The hotel was built in 1884 with a major renovation in 2000. References to both modern and classic can be found around the hotel, most notably our striking Rotunda and Gallery spaces, linking our five restaurants and bars. The sophisticated, grand nature of Aurora, the hustle and bustle of Eastway Cafe the archetypal British Pub essence of George, the graceful Japanese intimacy of Miyako and the coastal freshness of Catch and Champagne bar.
Rooms on the fifth and sixth floors have a light and airy loft style; those on lower floors have higher ceilings and period features.
